A single project lead runs the job from site survey and measurement onward, planning the schedule, deadlines, and on-site coordination.
Every job starts with an on-site survey and measurement. The existing structure, installation conditions, and the architectural project (where available) are assessed together, and the findings feed directly into the quotation and the work schedule.
The whole project is assigned to a single project lead. Because the same person follows every step from design through installation, the client has one point of contact — nothing is lost between stages.
